AUTOMATIC SANDBLASTING SYSTEM FOR CYLINDERS AND TANKS
This sandblasting machine does not require foundation and is designed to sandblast automatically, in the absence of dust, the inside of tanks also of large dimensions placed vertically, resting on a rotating unit.
It consists of a housing assembly and universal rotation for the tanks to be blasted which, combined with a vertical contrast device and nozzle reciprocation, ensures the stability in the vertical of the same.
With the start of the cycle that will put in rotation the tank, it will lower the nozzle through the sleeve until the complete stroke towards the bottom of the same.
At the end of the stroke, the blasting cycle will stop and the nozzle-holder device will begin its ascent movement to the stand-by position (ready for loading a next tank).
Tank measurements can be stored in the PLC simply allowing, once the data has been in memory, to recall the various types of tanks without having to use them every time introduce the measures of the same, thus facilitating the tasks of the operators.

A special contrast system ensures the containment of trays during work.

FREE JET SANDBLASTING MACHINE WITH EXTRUDER CLEANING EQUIPMENT
Our company has gained significant experience in the production of special equipment to be combined with our free jet sandblasting machines to obtain a satisfactory cleaning of extruders for the production of paints and/or plastics.
This equipment consists of:
- Sandblasting nozzle specially sized for the holes in the extruder to be treated, including an internal nozzle;
- Input flange for the nozzle, specific for the introduction of the nozzle into the holes on the extruder;
- Abrasive collection bin;
- Flange on the outlet side of the extruder.
