Automatic horizontal sandblasting
We offer machines for automatic sandblasting or decoration in horizontal of glass / marble slabs with two suction fed nozzles, horizontal reciprocator – glass plate conveyor belt (variable speed), pre and post room and self-cleaning filter cartridges.

Machine for vertical sandblasting or decoration of glass plates with two suction fed nozzles, vertical reciprocator, toothed belt for the transport of the glass sheets (max standard size 3000 x 2000 mm), variable working speed, opening on the roof to allow the passage of glass sheets higher than 2000 mm and self-cleaning cartridge filter.

4 suction fed nozzles, 1 suction fed nozzle with manual control, variable nozzle reciprocation speed, sandblasting height more than 2000 mm up to 2600 mm, possibility to preselect the area to be blasted for vertical strips.
EVOLUTION
Machine for automatic vertical sandblasting or decoration of glass sheets with 1 suction fed nozzle, vertical reciprocator, flat belt for the transport of glass sheets (max standard size 1500 x 1300 mm), variable working speed, opening on the roof to allow the passage of glass sheets higher than 1300 mm and self-cleaning cartridge filter.

CP 100 LV AUT
Machine for automatic vertical sandblasting or incision of the glass plates with 1 pressure fed of 6.5 mm diameter, vertical reciprocator, toothed belt for the transport of the glass sheets (max standard dimensions 3200 x 2200 mm ), variable working speed, opening on the roof to allow the passage of glass sheets higher than 2200 mm, sandblasting tank of 300 lt capacity (working time of about 60 min.), pneumatic recovery system of the average abrasive, dual exhaust system with self-cleaning cartridge filter.
OPTIONAL
Pressure fed nozzle for manual sandblasting, possibility to pre-select the sandblasting area for vertical strips, constant operation sandblasting tank, use of nozzles of different diameters.
