This kind of machine allows the automatic and continuous blasting of sheets, profiles, pipes, prefabricated elements and similar structures, sliding on a horizontal plane consisting of roller conveyors.

The materials (raw and/or oxidized) enter a short tunnel and come out completely blasted to the degree required by the customer.
The mechanical launch of the abrasive takes place through wheels and the production speed is adjustable.

The grit launch wheels with centrifugal pre-acceleration of our conception result to be high efficiency, allowing an excellent supply of energy consumed – work performed.

Our roll conveyor shot blast machines are also equipped with:

• An efficient blowing and brushing system for the output pieces
• Effective separation and classification of the abrasive performed continuously.
• A central shot blasting cabinet internally built in double thickness manganese steel at the points of greatest wear.
• A sturdy roller conveyor for material transport with DC motorization (on request).
• Entrance and exit vestibules with upper and lower curtains in anti-wear rubber to keep as much as possible the abrasive exit, even on sections.
• Electrical panel and electrical system according to CE standards with a “drop-down” starting system of each mechanical unit.
